So the Ark has a kitchen, too. Any chance there's a hot tub for those chilly days?

ledge, I just got some jigs from Frank, too. He made a micro for me that is laminated light blue over light pink. It killed 'em for me at Carl Blackwell today. They were mostly small fish, but they were all over it.

Visited the lake today. Brought home 15 crappie and two sandy's.
Threw back 15 or so crappie and a dozen sandy's.
All in two 1/2 hours. They were defiantly on the bite today.
Fished in 28-30 FOW on rip rap letting a pair of 1/8 oz jigs do a slow drift down the face of the rip rap.

Lookin' good, Dennis. But I'm not that sure you were on Kaw. That background looks like calm water, not ripping whitecaps.

It was perfect. The wind was shifting from glass to the south, then the west, and then north.

So slow it only took minimal adjustments on the trolling motor to stay in position. Great day to be fishing!
The front just got here. No more fishing for awhile.

Hit kaw again today. Only got to fish for an hour and a half before the rain started.
Picked up 11 crappie 12-13" and two sandy's.
Crappie were suspended at 21' in 26fow on structure.
    Sandy's were at 17'.

I got to go with Odie and a friend of ours yesterday. It was really slow in the morning but they turned on in the afternoon. Caught fish 15-20 ft down in 20-32 ft of water. Dstreet met us after work and he tore em up too. Blue/pearl, glitter, white, chartreuse

First a big thank you to Jeff aka CrapAlicious on here for letting me and Lee go with him instead of dragging a boat. It was the most miserable 100 fish day I have ever experienced. We didn't get a bite for the first 2 hours and we about froze to death. Weathermen are idiots. We finally found a place that was somewhat fishable and caught probably 20 keepers. At 230 I called Dstreet and told him to bring us a cheeseburger and we still had the same 20 fish. We scanned and found the fish stacked up, but you guessed it, right in the teeth of a 20mph wind. We all 3 took turns running the trolling motor with Jeff doing the majority of it. When Darrell showed up we told him and Dave to get right beside us. We ended up keeping 80 more in about 3 hours and most were 11inches and bigger. We threw back 40-50 more keepers. I don't know how many Dstreet and Dave ended with but it was a bunch. The cheeseburgers were great and so was the catching and the company. I was miserable all evening. When I laid down I felt like the bed was moving. No Jeff!!!! LOL!!

Bummed a ride with Crapalicous yesterday evening, had a great day on the water, 4 of us fished and ended up with 87, caught most 15 to 20ft in 25 fow,, Water temps were around 40, most fish on or suspended around brush. All jigs, didnt seem to matter what color as we were all using something different. Had one fish over 2 and alot of 1lb+ in the box.
