I fished Sun am with Ft Gibsonboy and Johnny shad, Had a great time with there NFA's, we fished the north end of the lake and river, Lots of small blacks with an occasional keeper, Spent all morning cast and dragging, Really helped my confidence with this method though not many keepers caught, I tried it on Kaw last night and boated 5 keepers in an hr, so I plan to devote more time to it, especially in these dog days of summer. You're a crap slut.

Fished the upper end today from daylight to. 2pm and saw lots of fish on my screen. Dennis fished minnows all day while I went thru my jigs casting and dragging and vertical fishing as well. The end result was about 20 dinks and zero over 8". Skipped breakfast and looked forward to lunch all day only to discover another tragic senior moment- I forgot to pack the meat- and vegan sandwich wraps are pretty disappointing no matter how many sweet onions you put on em.

Wow C2, that's terrible skipping breakfast and then a vegan wrap?!? Yikes.

Watch out Gibson WSD will be in the house sat 22 and sun 23 I will spend a lot of time scanning with the hopes of finding some tournament fish from the dam to as far up the river I can go,current or no current I ain't sceered. Lol on a serious note I hope to see some of you guys there. Then I'm going to visit ole Carl at Crooked Hook bait and tackle. WSD

CC are you sure you were posting on the right page with that last report? That sounds like a Oolagah report.
