Can you fish from the marina. I'm thinkin about taking the kiddos out to little axe area today.

I was out at the Clear Bay dock today. No nibbles, but it was a beautiful day to be outside and my son was tickled to death when he found a catfish skull on the beach.

Hey, what ever floats your boat. Nice to remember when we could be tickled to death by such simple things!

Went Wednesday after work or a while. I talked to a couple of the "regulars" I see at the marina and they are catching alot in the mornings and after 5 in the evenings. I had a rod down while I reworked some wiring on the boat and caught a few. I'm planning on heading that way today, after lunch with my daughter and granddaughter.

Went yesterday after work for a while since I didn't make it with all the weather since last Wednesday. The only thing I caught was someones broken off 2 jig rig! Talked to 2 of the regulars I see when I go and 1 had been there since 630am and he had caught the majority of his in the early morning hours, then just a few here and there after that. The other guy had been there since 2pm, I got out there about 330, he had 6 in his bucket and said it had been slow. Water temp had dropped back down to 38.5 after having been up to 42.5 during our brief warm spell. Planning on going out there early Friday morning and see what I can find.

It'll be heating up soon. Can't wait to get back on it.

Went yesterday afternoon and didnt get a bite, bump, or anything else you may want to call it! Only saw 3 caught in the 3 hours I was there. Still hearing, early morning or last hour or so before dark is the time to be there.
