Depends on the dock. I justified the expense by paying off my boat...yea.... and the slip is less than 1/3 of what my monthly payment was on the boat!! Thumbs Up Hands Clapping I also think since I fish alone 99% of the time, I will use it more not having to launch it everytime.

I am in slip E9 and I can fish more since I don't have to launch my boat. I have been fishing almost every day and taking crappie home. If you are at Tbird look me up, first dock down the ramp and pontoon with 31 rod holders around the edges.

Will do. I saw your boat yesterday as I was leaving based on the rodholder count! I will be in C28 when I get my boat out there. Look forward to meeting you.

Fishing was slow from the slip today. Lots of dinks but not many keepers. I am goin out again tomorrow and have more fun. Life is good when you can fish each day.

Yeah you are right Grubby in less that 5 feet of water. water temperature was 68F. I couldn't find them wide spread, i kept coming back to this group of stumps and catching them. the shady side the sunny side didn't make much difference just get close to the structure. if they quit hitting one bait change bait and i was back to catching. my first mess of crappie outta my first boat at thunderbird,
