I went out yesterday. I fished some boat ramps with jigs and crankbaits with no luck. I did catch about 5 little black crappie in my cast net along with lots of big shad , two 2" carp, and a 5" ghost minnow. Ia fished under the twin bridges with live and cut shad at numerous depths with not even a bite. It as still fun though. I havnet seen the water up so much. The fishing dock at at Fisherman's point is completely submerged and marked with bouyees.

I should add that Denver corner and the Hog Creek boat ramps are open for use now.

Saw a video on FB of the water up to the top of twin bridges. Looks like much more it'll be over the road.

I drove out there yesterday and although I know it's not, when I looked out of my window going over the east bridge and just past it, the water looks higher than the road. It's going to be interesting to see if the outflow along with the water going into that drain that is finally getting used!, can keep up with the inflow when it starts raining tomorrow and this weekend. There's one spot not far east of the bridges that would flood Alameda. Does anyone know if Choctaw road has been fixed yet? Is there any road passable coming from 240/I40?

Well it's official, the water is over the twin bridges. Saw a guy boating right over them this morning. The poor bank swallows were zipping around wondering where the heck all their nests went Name: unnamed.jpg
