dont know how it compares to Cincy. before we didnt have a fish show, Dave got this one going, it has gotten bigger each year so must be OK. cant take ur boat out, the ice is probably lost so why not
Is anyone going to the Columbus Fishing Expo? Never been to it, was wondering if it is bigger than the show in Cincinnati

Never been to the one in Lawrenceburg, but have been to the boat show a few yrs back. Was just curious if its worth a 1 1/2 hr drive because I wouldn't drive that if it's like the boat show
Well it is a different kind of show, its all about fishing with non stop seminars and as far as size, i doubt you would be disappointed.

May all the fish tales you catch be longer than the ones you tell !
My wife and stepdaughter are taking me for my birthday. Not sure what time yet...i'll add an extra hour to the time they tell me, lol
Me and my wife went today. Its probably been 15 years since I had been there, mainly because I live in Eastern Ohio now. We had an awesome time and will definitely be heading back next year for it. It was great seeing all the custom bait and custom rod companies. I walked away with a few baits, some rain gear, and a new hat, plus a bunch of business cards for internet orders later.
We had a great time at the show and came out with a few bates as well as a new rod and reel from brush pile fishing. Next year I'll be getting tickets on line as it took us 25+ min to get in but considering how long it was was not bad.
