It’s a bit chilly this morning but it looks like we’re going to be seeing that fireball in the sky today!?? The extended forecast looks great. Maybe winters reign of terror is over.Won’t be getting out today as soon as I get off work I’ll be headed south for the weekend if the rivers are still a muddy mess down that way so I doubt I’ll get a chance this weekend. I’ll be busy making improvements. I know some of you will get out this weekend and I’m sure it will be a decent bite with the temps and sunshine. Looking forward to seeing the fish porn.

Enjoy working at the camp this weekend, the weather should be a winner! I'm planning on getting out this weekend and maybe even today after work. I'll post up some fish porn, even if they aren't crappie.

Got out today and did a lil belly boatin for panfish. Hit same place as last weekend when I was in the boat. We kick paddled our way over to the spot and started catching gills right away. Took an hour or so to find the crappies, but once we did they fired up good. Between 3 of us, probably 100+ fish caught. Here’s just a couple pics. The girlfriend had more so I’ll post those later. Great day on the water
