    Crappies have a tight lip as river back on rise 23ft. expected to rise to 26ft. before slowly starting to fall..... creeks feeding the same... will keep posted

Size:  95.3 KBOhio river brush creek was fishable and fish where caught in three foot of water or less around wood..one fish under 7 inches the rest over 10 the 13 in .... minnows and gator fuzz jigs.... 2ft. deep......couldn't belive they was in that shallow of water...water temp 63 degress.

    next report will be for rocky fork lake and paint creek taking grandkids tommarow. ... fishing has picked up there and going to let grandkids get in on the action...

    I am so happy to see this post. I live in Portsmouth OH and have never fished the OH river for crappie. I always drive to Rocky Fork, and while I love Rocky Fork, the drive is sometimes a pain. Something on the river would be alot closer. Where all do you fish on the river fro crappie? I see Brush Creek in this post. Is that a good place for me to start? Thanks
