    Default Anybody from NE Ohio

Want to get together this fall and fish Mosquito Lake? Just a small get together like the members do on weekends down south. Would enjoy meeting the members from this area. It could be in late October or early November. Weather should be good and the fishing even better.

Seems like most of the guys that get on here are from SW Ohio for some reason. I wish we could ge a few more people from other parts of the state to join in.

i agree with crappiemax, mostly sw ohio. I would be game for something like that, but i would have a hard time driving 4hrs 15 mins to go fishing in northern ohio. I would rather head south!

Well how about you guys down that way putting something together and I'll travel down there to meet and fish with you guys. I'd like to do some saugeye fishing down that way. Never have. I don't have a problem traveling as I've gone as far as Mississippi to join in on a CDC get together.

Chaunc has thrown down the gauntlet! If we do it, he will come! I'd pitch in. One idea, we could stage a braggin' rights tournament at East Fork or Rocky Fork with a cookout following. However, to make it fair and provide some interesting company, I'd say to match one guy from up north with with one guy from the area to each boat. That way the fellas (or gals) from up there don't have to haul their boats down if they don't want to. Only question is, are there enough guys from up there who'd come to make it worthwhile.

Whoever up there gets stuck with Tommy or Yates gets a half pound spot.

Well, that's two. Better give it a few days (or weeks) to see if anyone else wants to do it. So far, not enough interest. I can reach out to Doug and Bill--I'm pretty sure Bill would do it.

Retirement? I'll dance on your grave yungin.
