There's a couple boats at the bottom of CJ, that Doc found....we just have to figure how to get them out!

Sounds like a good job for a couple of air bags. Who can hold their breath the longest to dive down and hook up?

That greenish tint IS in fact algae/ plankton which in the right spots should attract shad/ minnows...and after a few minutes they in turn should attract things that EAT shad and minnows !

Either the light isn't bright enough, or the two places I tried had no bait fish near them. The light was in the water over an hour at each place.

Anybody know what the doing at the discharge at CJ went by yesterday and they have the water cut off big crane in place ton of people in there everything is blocked off, just curious............Doc

Did you happen to take any pics? Sounds like they may finally doing the repair work that Brent had mentioned a couple of months ago.

The Corp is doing the semi annual Outlet Basin cleanout, removing sediment, gravel, ect. Apparently there were many fishes hiding in there including a rather LARGE kitty cat fish !

They are finally going to close the gates and drain the lake, hi doc cjp

The outflow is patched and they are letting water out again at normal flow!
