quick update as of 2pm(didnt go to the weigh in, reason below)
    we zero'ed
    Yates/Daniels had 3 fish
    Allen/Clark had 7
Hora/Koesters had 6 fish at noon'ish and left

the above 4 were the only ones to make the run, so thats the only info i have.

Most everybody had little luck yesterday, infact most didnt catch any crappie at all. This river business is tricky. Bass fishermen were thick as fleas.

yeah I was fishing for crappie and hybrids yesterday and met some of our members. I didnt want to post anything so I didnt ruin anything for the guys that were out prefishing and I only had 2 hand size crappie off of minners and that was it. I didnt want to go out to the Ohio river today because I wanted to stay out of everybodies way and let them do there thing.

6.50 was the winning weight, I believe by Puthoff and Shroyer. Congrats guys. Good catch for today. It was a really tough day of fishing. For whatever reason, the water level appeared to be 6 - 8 inches less than yesterday and that made a huge difference for our fish. We went from having near 7lbs yesterday to not having a limit today. Very frustrating considering we thought we had a chance. Fog was a killer for us. We wound up fishing dead water until the fog finally lifted enough to run about 9:00 am.

I know many guys were frustrated, but honestly some guys were on some really good fish in pre-fishing even though the bite isn't right yet. Give it a couple more weeks and I GUARANTEE that it would have take 8 lbs to win.

But as they say, timing is everything!
