Fished from Wednesday to Thursday morning. The fishing is picking up at Aliceville. Wednesday was a good day catching 24 keepers. They're starting to school up around structure in the main river channel on drop off's. They're still scattered and not all structure holds fish but if you keep looking you'll find one that does. Some places I was catching 1-2 and on another 16-18. The biggest we caught in our group was 1 1/4 lbs. Not real big but fun to catch. Still using the Crappie 101 jig Slimy with a Crappie stinger bug.

Starvin, maybe the weather will heat up for us. (maybe 85-90 and sunny)
Bite your tongue there Osker. I think 70 and partly cloudy sounds good.

Very very tuff bite today, we need heat and sun
I went for a while also. Hand down the worst day I've had all year. Good luck this week end. I'm going to stay home and get my hunting gear in order.
