This has been the first winter that I am out of the field and in the office. I feel sorry for my fellow workers with all the burst pipes but their making some Major bucks.
Farmer add another to my list. My cousin called from Key West to check up on me. She's the same age as me, grew up in Cincinnati, went to Key West for spring break in 72 and hasn't been home since. She's complaining it's going "down" in the 50s tonight and she doesn't own any shoes and socks just flip flops, afraid her feet are going to get cold tending bar tonight. I didn't cuss her, just hung up on her. She didn't call back so I think she got the message.

OK I have raised the white flag. I have instructed my family and friends up north to turn on their vacuum cleaners and suck this cold air back up there where it belongs.

Don't mess with Mother Nature. She'll send you more woods goats....................
-1 at my house this morning. And all the water holes froze up, no fishing this weekend.
This week is looking to repeat last week. The more I need it to warm up, the longer the cold lasts. Back in January, I thought this was going to be an average winter. Then Feb. Came along.......CF

I am way over this cold... ready for summer... skip right over spring and gimme 80 degree days.

1hr 40 minutes to get from Lynnhaven Mall to Ocean view starting at 4:00. I didn't even try to get on 64. Some woman on Shore Dr. blew by me in her Range Rover, about 5 miles up the road she's upside down looks like it rolled a couple of times! 3" on the ground here already.
