Good thing to say about E-bay

I ordered a windshield from E-bay which was shipped very quickly. However it appeared the post office had dropped it and it was broke on a corner. I contacted the seller yesterday and within an a hour he assured me another would be shipped out today. I was impressed if it turns out that way. Hope to get it out next week for the first time.

i have had quite a bit of success when buying on ebay, but i have had 3 bad experiences also. one time i ordered almost $300 worth of items from one seller. luckily i have always used paypal to complete the deal. each of my bad experiences was quickly resolved by paypal and i have never lost any money. so, using ebay in conjunction with paypal, it is a great market place.
