    I love Phad Thai Gai (chicken)... but I spice it up with Nam Plah (Thai Fish sauce), red pepper flakes, and chili oil. Add a dash of sugar a wedge of lime... YUM!

    As for peanuts you can get it without. Personally I like extra peanuts myself.
