    Default Boat choice

I know a lot different opinions but if you could buy a new boat just for livescoping and handles wind well for that what would it be? 115 HP max. I don’t want a huge motor. Size comfort up front for 2 and does good in some wind.

I have a 2017 Ranger 188C and love mine! it's 115hp max and does great in wind for a tin boat! I don't know if ur looking at glass or tin? they are many good options for a tin boat as well as glass! My only suggestion would be get the most you can afford! I like tin boats and have had both! If ur looking at used Terry Pool aka "Wiskers" has a nice older procraft he's gonna sell! Its 21ft with a 225 Mercury I believe! I've fished outta it many times and it fits 2 upfront quite nicely!

I’ve looked at that Ranger boat. I like it a lot. On my list for sure. I like the Vexus 189C also

Sharp boat but I haven’t seen many on the water. Curious as to why.
