any one got one for sale ? Got a friend looking . Would look at small trailer or cabin also . Craigslist has two but hoping to find one without a realtor .

It is amazing that you can not put in a sewer system if you own less than an acre and there are 9/10 acre lots everywhere. You can not have a septic tank but want 9500.00 ------------------------------Sign me up ? really ?

Ok, what's the allure with a Bay Springs Lot? I know it's a purty place and all but the fishing is mediocre at best. What am I missing here???

Fishing is better than advertised ,clean, less expensive and far less boat traffic . jmo.

Don’t tell everyone. There are NO fish at Bay Springs. Too much boat traffic. Too many houses on the lake. I repeat ZERO fish.
