Hurricane Boat Ramp Usable?

I know the ramps are underwater, but can you back down the road and launch? Without having to back the vehicle too far off into the water? This winds killing me trying to launch a boat at Holiday lodge.

You have to back thru water to get to the ramp, folks are doing it every day.

I have a Toyota Sequoia so probably won’t work for me wo water getting inside. ??
