    Default Okatibbee Report

Does anyone have any reports from Okatibbee? Wanting to go the first of next week and wondering what was going on up there. It’s about a 2 hr drive for me so I was just wondering what was going on before I headed that way.

They're catching a lot along the creek channel with jigs or minnows. Most of the females I've caught lately have already spawned. You'll still catch a lot of dark colored males. Good luck

The water is up three feet from when I was there last week. Don’t know what will do to the fish. We caught them around 4 feet deep then.

Appreciate it. Hope this rain we are getting tonight and tomorrow doesn’t have too much of an affect on them. Gonna try em out anyway. Thanks again.

My brother in law caught a limit before 9 this morning fishing in the weeds. One was 2 1/4 pounds which is a Okatibbee whopper.

Where could I get minnows around 6 in the morning around Okatibbee?

Can’t remember the name but there is a store about 2-3 miles south of Collisville on the west side of Hwy 19 that has minnows by the pound.
