We lost the numbers about the same time Arkansas did . You will need deep pockets to get in a good hunt . About 200.00 a hunt on pay reserves .

That's about what I figured, but I hate to hear that. I don't know of anything any prettier to watch than a good bird dog working and locking on point.

Just finalized things today. I'll be starting work in the Jackson area the last week of the month. First things first. Got to get a house sold here and get mamma a new one bought there. Maybe then I can get around to the important things like finding me a boat to fish out of!

Welcome to Mississippi. Good luck on the move. You should like fishing the Rez, not much here for qual except pay hunts. Lots of deer and the river bottoms are full of squirrels. You can come hunt them in my yard if ya want. They stealing strawberrys off my plants about a day before they get ripe.

Pretty screw in the Quail. Fire ants, foxes and bobcats bout wiped them out. There's a few coveys around but not like it was in the early 1980s. Everywhere back then. Like others have said. Bullnettler board. Good board with lots of sections. Great salt water fishing board. I'm a mod over there

Depending upon the timing of selling and buying real estate and getting everything moved, I don't expect to be able to find a hunting camp to join this year. Hopefully I can find some leads to a good camp after I get there. I'm a pretty quiet guy that can get along with most anyone, likes to hunt good deer and not have to put up with a bunch of drama and drunks. Don't mind working either.
