    Default Humminbird answer to panoptix


    Anybody know if HB is working on a live view transducer like the panoptix. Sure do like the pan but the garmin maps can't compete with lakemaster. Would like to avoid having 2 different units.

    Would like to know as well. As bad as I want a panoptix, I just went all HB for the maps. helix 12 and 9 mega and 7 DI, if they don't come around soon, will prob go 360 if I can see one work. feel like the lowrance maps had me at a huge disadvantage.

    Unfortunately leaks are not common from HB ...

    Conjecture - lots of that ... But not with much substance ...

    Even Pro Staff know better than leaking - that's how they not be pro staff anymore ...

    Most intrigued by the pan's ability to see in real time even when sitting still.
