Big 4 Water Level and Rule Curve

Anyone found a site that has the water level AND rule curves. I can't get the old links to work and though I found one for the current and historical last 2 years, I can't find the actual rule curve and plan vs. actual. I always like to see what the plan was since they do reasonably good at sticking to it.

Someone posted on here a while back. Lake Levels in Mississippi, United States. Lakelevels maybe lower case. Has the Big 4
plus Columbus and Barnett. Would not let me copy and paste. It is not a graph.

I was looking for the graph that had the "plan" vs. "actual" but I guess no longer to be found. I did find this for Sardis on the Sardis Facebook page. I twas just nice to see both on the same graph.
