It's a rental. Landlord won't replace it. Cheap rent, it pays property tax as long as I keep the place up.
I could kick my daughter and granddaughter out of my house and have a new central AC/heat unit. Still keep heat and AC low. Pave half the backyard and a driveway to it for 1 of 5 trailers I have.

All heaters been off all morning except bathroom, with door closed. The temp is 41 outside and 64 inside.
