Would be interesting if you could take a temp reading of flower pot , and room temp reading.

The temp outside on my indoor/outdoor weather station is 32. The inside temp is 63.
The kitchen oil heater is on #2 at 50%. Bathroom heater is on #1 at 50% with door closed. The hallway heater is set at 59, is on and shows 57. The living heater is on low, been on 30 seconds at a time 4 times in 1 1/2 hour. The flowerpot is under my desk, more like a table against 2 walls to keep my feet warmer.
I had to get out to my casting supplies this morning for a thermometer. The 12" stem is tied across the cast iron lid handle. It reads 99.

All them heaters, and having to keep up with temps rising and falling, and all that stress.
Simplicity comes to mind, I walked past my wall mounted thermostat, and it was set on 70 and reading 70. Life is good....

Carry on canebreaker, at least your getting your exercise in daily.

Holy cow you run 4 space heaters and a flowerpot heater? Don't you think it would be cheaper to get a wall mounted 4 brick propane heater then it would be to run all that stuff I bet you wires in your house are probably melted with all that juice your pulling

I don't want a propane heater in this house. I could bring the RV stove in here if I want it hot. 60 to 64 is fine with me. It's 39 and 66, so heaters will be cut back.
During the summer I'll be running AC units trying to get it down to 60.
