That’s what I do when the heater isn’t out and can’t find anyone to come fix it because they’re already booked to the max. Lol

Gewber, don't you remember the story from Heater 1? About the gun safe.

There was an auction I was going to every weekend close by. Their line was "Why pay retail". They started an online auction so I signed up to view and bid. 2 auctions per week, 30 and more items to view. In one auction there was Sentinel metal locking 10 gun cabinet with an internet picture and a price of $579, I won't say where it came from. I went online shopping and found it for $93 at one local store. They show a retail price of $130. I've dealt with these cheaper gun lockers to know that Stack On makes Sentinel's. Looking online I find the same picture for both. Dick's Sporting Goods pops up with the Stack On cabinet for $80. The winning bid was $250 plus 10% then tax. A group of us are standing outside smoking when the new owner of the cabinet walks out with it. I said, you didn't overpay for it did you? No, I got it for less than half price. I told him that Dick's had it for $80. I'm not driving to Dick's for any reason. You don't have to, order online, the 10% you paid would have covered shipping.
The next day I go to the online auction and can't find any items to view. I ask, where are the items up for bid? I get a few replies that I may need to do this or that to see them. Then the owner's son replies to another member. He's been blocked because of harassing other members. I haven't been to the auction since.
