Thread: Raccoon trouble

I fashioned myself a small minnow storage unit from an old poly drum a few weeks ago. This weekend I had to bust ice on the top to retrieve minnows for a trip to the river. Last night the coons found it and used the ice ledge as a platform on which to stand and fish out their dinner. Lol. Looks like they relieved me of about a lb of bait. The little boogers didn't even eat the entire minnows, only bit off the heads and went back for another. Well, I moved the bait tank inside the shop after that and will soon have a live trap waiting for the next raid.
