They prolly gonna hold her back for a while, Snub until the water down river recedes a little. Them folks in the little town of Sarah can be flooded pretty quick ifn they let out a lot of water after all the rain we've had. jmo

We got over twice that much up here, boatbottom. We were on the west side of the eye wall of the depression and that's typically where you get the heaviest rainfall.

My thoughts as well, they will hold onto it until the water goes down a bit over there. They have Holly Springs Road closed due to Coldwater River being over the road in some spots from what I heard this morning.

Yep, seen that before, too. They can't hold it back too much and risk flooding the folks up river, and can't let too much out and risk flooding the folks in Sarah. Snubbys, I think that is called playing both ends against the middle!!

I ended up with a even 5 inches out here at the house. All that goes into the cold water just below the house and takes about 4 days to get to the lake. She's plum out of the banks out here. Lake going to be on a steady rise all week cause I doubt they can pull much for at least a week.

The winds had these trees rolling yesterday evening while I was outside. I heard a few snaps and saw 2 limbs on the ground.
I dumped 4 3/4" of water out of the gauge at 7 pm and it has 1 5/8" now for 6 1/8" total.
