    Default Grenada Catfish


    any tips or hotspots on catfishing at the famous crappie lake? haha.....we will be there over night and might try a little night time catfishing.....probably throw out some jugs and maybe a trotline.....but once the sun comes up we will back at them crappie!

    Have caught a lot around South graysport to young's landing . Jugs, trotlines, ect . Bottom bumping will get them as well . My dad would fish the trees/stumps at Choctaw/ carver point with a cork and x- large minnows . Never knew what was going to bite but always caught something .

    Last time i pulled cranks between choctaw and carvers point all I caught were catfish!

    Run trot lines with cut bait out of Choctaw Landing about 75 yards out, and run the lines southwest. I use to catch lots of cats right there. Leave them over night ...Don't tell nobody where you caught em ....Good Luck
