Was wondering if anyone had ever stayed at Goshen Springs campground? Will be coming up next week to fish the Rez for a week and thinking about staying at the campground. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Google earth for best picture of the campground.
I planned to stay there earlier in the year. Was going to try for the first 2 sections on the right of the campground so we would be in the trees. The farther sections are in wide open space.

Well I think it is pretty good . Those days n the open were old cotton fields . I know it is first come . So get you a shady spot . You will be alright .

Goshen Springs Campground
I rode through the park a few days ago when I was up at Tommy's. I'm not an RVer myself but it looked like a nice place. I spoke with them several times while planning the Barnett Bash. It is first come first serve but they will hold a specific spot for you if you call before you leave. You also have Timberlake on the south end of the lake if your interested in being closer to town. Both are nice but Timberlake seems to be more of a retirement park than vacation. Lots of structures built around "RV's"

Goshen is good. Stayed there several times. Private ramp. Clean facilities. Should be no problem this time of year.

Thanks for all the info. Sounds like a good place. Just hope the the fish cooperate. Anyway it will be a good time. Sure beats being over here across the big pond.
