Default Father's day gift - Fillet knife question

With Father's day coming up I was thinking of getting my dad a new electric fillet knife since his Mister Twister has been acting up lately. Is the American Angler worth the extra money (my dad would never by one for himself) or is the ol $40 Mister Twister still the best bang for your buck?
