    I make stuff similar to that.but I'm thinking crappie are tough where I'm at.

    Quality jigs ain't cheap. Those on barlows are still 90 cents apiece. I decided to take the plunge and buy everything needed to make what I wanted in jig heads. Several diff molds, melting pot, paints, eyes, epoxys, u name it...for around $500. Not sure how many it's gonna take to re coop that cost but the best jig head u ever put your hands on only cost ya right at 18 cents to make

    You probably already know this, but the key is baking the paint right to keep it on the jig. If you don't it chips off really bad.

    Don't ask how I know this. If you over bake them, the swivel breaks off too.
