If I had been on the jury he would have goiten a medal. But there are laws that protect the guilty so be careful.

This is true. As far as I have been told, it is illegal to set any trap that could cause any sort of physical harm. It's like people who carry wasp spray instead of mace. A lady just lost a huge lawsuit against her when the attacker that she sprayed sued her for intentional poisoning. Not that I agree with any of what I have said, but sadly this is the world we live in.
I also take everything out of the boat. I lost all of my tackle and electronics to a thief last year.
