    I just got a Rtic 20 couple weeks ago and the lid hinge was a little off and looked like it wouldn't seal good. I poured a little water in it closed it and tiped it upside down and some water was dripping out. Went online to do a exchange, sent them a pic and they sent me return label and had a new one back in less than 2 weeks. Very happy and seems like a great cooler.

    I got a 20 soft side for Christmas and just got a lunch box in yesterday. The LB is just right for when it is just me- a few drinks and a samich.

    Friend bought one of the smaller soft sides and likes it so much he went back and got the larger one. Be warned though, I heard this and so I checked with them myself yesterday. They just changed their warranty from the 7 years it used to be to 30 days now. So if you get one like Swampseed did don't dilly dally about getting it taken care of.
