My old laptop stopped working. Geek squad wanted $475 and a local repair center wanted $400 to replace the mother board. Circuit City had a new laptop for $320.

Own several laptops, 2 are backups that are programmed and ready to go for work, that way I don't have to fight the one I use most of the time. Laptop and a desktop both on my desk at work are Macs and run a Windows laptop for everyday use. Tablet just won't do for what I need.

it's funny how one does great putting the paper together and the other is easier for everyday stuff. One thing about it, when the Mac haywire I got another to take its place. They are easy to work on too.
