    Default Lost Art

Jigger poling is a heart stopping type of green carp fishing forgotten to the many of modern techniques. But watching this video sure was exciting! Pole made by BnM.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_u4it32ASI

Back n the 60's, the b'ball coach at the the school where I was teaching was a bass fisherman. The only tackle he owned was a short stiff cane pole, about 5 ft of heavy line , and a Shannon Twin Spin. He'd scull around the cypress and work that twin spin in a figure 8 and catch more bass then you can imagine.
