    Default Trolling motor battery


    After 8 years I think my blue top optima has bit the dust, what kind of battery would y'all get now? I don't really have that much to spend right now and i need one to be able to go tomorrow....all I need is one for a 12 v 55 lb pdv2

    Check with BRM. He's carrying group 31's from Ellis battery. You can't beat their price on a deep cycle

    I know the feeling. Just run by walmart and pick up the bigger everstart marine. They arnt the best but under $100. Thats what I have been using, but im only running a 40lb minn kota

    I have two group 31 Interstate deep cycle batteries that are five and a half years old......still going strong.

    I see your in Baldwyn tiger, I would give NAPA a ring, I have two marine batteries I bought from the 3 years ago, still going strong think I paid $125 a piece for them.

    Tote you a 10 mm wrench when you park the truck snatch the battery out and have fun and hope the truck will start but always carry some jumper cables. Don't y'all be acting like you never done that. 8 years is a good run on a battery
