Reeds Metal Buildings did mine. The main office is in Brookhaven but they have several offices around the state and work all over MS. I contacted them, told them what I wanted and my budget. A couple days later I had my plans. Originally we didn't think we could get a 30' over hang without support post, but their engineers came thru with a design that included extra pearling in the roof. They also provided a crew to install the building, very pleasant folks to work with. My sales rep and the installer went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. My building is 30x40 with an additional 30' over hang on the back side. I have 3 suggestions. 1. Get one 20' door in the front instead of two smaller ones. No pesky partition in between doors 2. Get a small 8' golf cart door leading out to the over hang. 3. Go ahead and get 8' high wall panels on the inside. It makes it look great and only added $500.00 to the total cost.

Can I get that number also cray? I'm looking to build a metal building here in Desoto county in the next month or two. Trying to close the deal on some land at the moment, and another estimate on the building wouldn't hurt.

A good rule to use as a rough guide on I-beam construction is $15-$20 per square foot. It varies due to roof pitch and extras such as how many doors and windows
