Hey, Cane. You might have found a good fish scent to use there!
Debbie has been doing a lot of reading about using coconut oil. It can be added to food, lotion, shampoo and body wash. It's good for the skin and hair. It can be added to pet food too. We give Sasha a 1/2 teaspoon with her food twice a week. She'll beg for it.
Debbie bought a jar of Vaseline with coconut oil. I can rub a little on my elbows and they feel better, but Sasha wants to lick it off as fast as I can put it on. The jar was kept on the table between our recliners in the living room and became missing. I found the lid behind my chair. Moving the chair I find the jar under it about half gone. Sasha doesn't understand why she will be outside for the next few days and nights.

I eat a teaspoon of it each morning and my wife stirs it in with her coffee. It is also especially beneficial for moving away from cooking with vegetable/canola oils which are terribly unhealthy. It handles high heat much better than olive oil, too. We use it in a lot of our candy recipes as well. Lots of benefits for us.

I can understand why Sasha will be outdoors for awhile. Too much of anything coconut can be bad for ya. It will dehydrated a person if not careful but used in moderation is very healthy

Another thing coconut oil is good for is a sleeping aid. 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, 1/4 teaspoon of raw honey a 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt will do the trick. If I remember right, only take half of the mixture at a time.

I think half jar of Vaseline was the trick. Should say, greased up the pipes and everything flowed through quickly.
Debbie mixed up a cold remedy this year. It's 2 parts honey, 1 part Ceylon cinnamon, 1/2 part coconut oil. It must work pretty good cause I didn't buy any store bought drugs this year.
