    Default Yellow Creek report!

I'm wind whipped! Water temp 45. Seen lots of fish on brush 16 - 22 ft in 30 ft of water with just 2 known bites. Poles were bouncing so bad you couldn't have seen a light bite anyway. Carried my nephew with us today. Had a little trouble with the starter solenoid. Had to take a hammer to it. Some days are diamonds some days are stone some days you're better off to stay home! But I did enjoy being out on the water.Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1455938900.789929.jpg

Those fish were tucked in tight on those big ledges valentines day close to deep water. Every fish I caught was a reaction bite. I had to hit them in the nose with it to get a bite. It's just not quite time up there yet. Bay springs isn't any better either. The fish that went shallow got messed up from the cold snap. There are a few deep fish that will bite but they've been hammered on by a dozen boats for the last month.

We found what looked like good fish on the bluffs on the right where you leave yellow creek and hit the main river. To windy to stay there.
