Windows 10

I upgraded to 10 a while back and love it but have found some drawbacks. Main one is being able to use my SonicView Global VPN connection. I do taxes at home for a local CPA firm here and when I went to log in the first time this year it gave me some errors I wasn't familiar with. After a lot of searching and finally a call to a tech we got it going. He said they have had a lot of problems with certain programs after upgrading to 10. Usually nothing that can't be fixed but was a bit of a PITA for a couple of days!!

We installed it at work and tried it fit amonth. Had to do a system restore to get back to 8. Bogged the computers down and we kept locking up.

I have it now on two of my three computers and I love it....going to put it on the other one.

My computer store that I deal with said windows 7 will be supported about 4 more years.

Well I have another issue popped up yesterday before I got a chance to upgrade. All of the sudden my hard drive is showing full and I cant find what is taking up the space. This really sux because I use this computer to scan through pics, separate them into folders and such. I don't understand these things well enough to figure it out.

Get a external hard drive and add to it. Either that or remove whats on there that you do not need to get more room.

I upgraded to 10 quite a while ago. The only problem I have ever had was during one of the updates about a month ago, I lost my email connections. I reverted to the last restore point, then did the update again and everything was OK. I also use Apple products, iPad, iPhone and I like the user interface on 10.

That's just it, I cant find anything taking up that much space, its crazy.

Why do we want to disable the tracking programs. I have had 10 for a few months and havn't had any problems. Now that I said that out loud I'm scared cause I just know all he## is going to brake out.

Tracking lets microsoft and the government know location of computer and they can also track your key strokes......thats why I turned mine off.
