Grenada is the only lake that's ever torn my boat up. Got a big gash in my hull up near Redgrass a few years back. I did learn to fix Fiberglass the next weekend tough LOL Actually pretty easy but you have to take your time and do it right

LOL, nah, Fiberglass repair kit. Rough sand it, put it on, then sand smooth and paint

I was running about 50 headed over to skuna, in the middle past the big bluff. It must have been an underwater log. Used all my batteries up coming back, north wind, floated past the dock with no power to turn. There was practically nobody on the lake that day. Someone finally came along and pulled us off the bank. I'm glad it happened in the morning instead of late afternoon.
I dont recall anything in that part of the lake at that level. Wonder what it could have been?
So sorry, that's as bad as a air conditioner going out r tearing your truck up.
its like a sudden heart attack, you dont know its coming, their were no warning signs, you wonder how you could have prevented it,it cost a lot of money, you hope it never happens again
