On this date at 5 : 45 in the evening marks the day of the house fire. Thanks to all of you who have been a great help back then. Time heals. Getting use to the new house but sure do miss the old one.

Our house burned a week after I turned 16. Been almost 40 years and I still think about stuff I had there. Like Feesh said, you can replace stuff.
I'm glad it all worked out Sat

Lost one in 72. Like said don't think you ever get over it. Have read that having a house burn down is second only to losing a loved one. Sat, just glade no one got hurt and you got back in as quick as you did. Nothing can replace all the memories made in a home over that many years.
