    Default Garden update


    Things are looking great so far. I need to replant my Okra but got alot of maters, the Squash are blooming and I have a few peppers

    I too had to replant my okra along with my purple hull string beans, but all looks good now.

    Your maters are looking great Don!Something is puzzling me though. I don't see a speck of duct tape in that maze of twine no where!

    It's for the pickling cucumbers. I ran twine through all my mater cages further to grow. Guess that works but I've never grown cumcumbers

    I just this last Friday planted. Hoping to get rain this week. So far the rain looks promising. Your garden looks good you will be eating tomatoes soon looks like. Thanks for sharing the garden pictures.

    I was looking on YouTube and saw how they did a trellis for cakes and squash to make them climb. So built one about 6 ft long and planted some seeds last week to see how it would work. Found all kinds of interesting videos on small yard,raised bed gardening.

    I planted my cukes in tomato cages a few years back. They would hide from me and be way to big to eat when I did.
