I do too, but this one and the 30" model were the only ones they had in stock.

Got a flyer today at SAMs. They are running a sale next week on the 30 in like most of us bought earlier n the year. 149.97 but that also includes the stand that is normally a 45.00 extra.

Thats a good deal. The only real difference between the 30 in. and 40 in....besides 10 inches in height is....the thirty has 4 racks and the 40 has 5 racks.....4 racks will hold enough food for a lot of folks.

For you guys that already own a MB, will the 30" hold a full rack of baby back ribs or do you have to cut them in half? Was contemplating the 40" for that reason? Thanks for the info! Also I don't think the 40 comes without the window but could be wrong.

The 30 in. is 17 in wide....I cook baby backs with out cutting them in half.....I put them angled corner to corner on a rack. Chris....how much wider is a 40 inch ?
