    The 30 in. is 17 in wide....I cook baby backs with out cutting them in half.....I put them angled corner to corner on a rack. Chris....how much wider is a 40 inch ?

    I have the 30 and have been cutting them in half. I'll try the diagonal next time.

    Inside dementions are 20" wide and 23 1/2" from corner to corner. 4 shelves. This new one is also completely stainless. My old one was not on the top and back.
