Thread: Spring Camp

If the water is as low as it was this past March, we won't be able to use South Graysport Landing. Choctaw would be usable but limited parking and a rough road in to it rules it out in my book. I'll be camping at North Abutment campground, on the north end of the dam. It's a great campground with plenty of bath houses. I'll just take a boat ride from Grenada Landing any day before I fight the crowds at Choctaw.

There is a bath-house at the North Graysport campground. The campground is located less than a quarter of a mile from the boat ramp but...water has to be at least 207 to use it. Accordint to the "rule curve" that wont be till the 1st of April. South Graysport and Choctaw will be useable then.

Heck, who could fish this past spring with the 60 MPH winds? Think we fished part of one day was all.

March 14 Grenada. It will be cool to have the FJ going on at the same time just like the Big Fish at Enid at Fall camp.
