    Default It's G's fault!


    After seeing G smoke them leg quarters the other day, I just had to have some too.250 degrees for 4 hrs.Put Wickers basting sauce in the water pan and used hickory chips.Served with brocolli and cheese sauce, steamed baby carrots,and rice cooked in chicken stock with butter,salt and pepper!
