    Is the one in the Bass Pro flyer that came in the mail today the same one yall been talking bout???

    Boy John. ..they sure are hyping em up. For that price and the ease in which it sounds like they are to use their probably worth it.

    On sale for 99, pretty good if its the same one they been talking bout. We use a gas one a lot.

    No!!! The one in the flyer doesn't have the electrical timer or temp settings. The one in the flyer is plug it in and watch.

    Thanks Coach, that's what I wanted to see. The newer gas one I have now wont heat past 250 or so with the pan in it. We cook deer meat a lot and need it at 350, put it on for 10 minutes and turn it over for 10 minutes and its done. Can literally get it out of the freezer, thaw it, cook it and be eating in less than an hour.

    John....The Master Built is a slow cooker/smoker....it will only go to 275 max. That's the highest setting....it might creep up 5 more degrees than that but that's gonna be it.

    Exactly, this is only for low and slow cooking!
