    I've never had one get close to overflowing either.

    bout 400 bucks and the electrics are lots more user friendly...

    Well, you guys talked me into it. Just purchased the 30" thru amazon with a variety of wood chips, smoker cover & rib rack. Today's my birthday so I treated myself. Only 1 true barbecue restaurant here close to where I live and tired of paying 14.00 bucks a pound for pulled pork. Gonna try it myself. Curious where you gets your recipes/cook times. Any favorite websites ?

    Lots of recipes and cooking temps and times on google and also on the Masterbuilt website
