Looking For A Tempest 23p

Anyone running one of these or have one I can try one afternoon??? Trying to find something for the Cat and the boys over at BBC say the Tempest 23p is the "Cat's Meow" for my set up. Hate to order a new one and it not be what I want, was hoping to borrow one for an afternoon and see what it will do.
Put the Laser II I had off the Astro on it but it turned too many RPMs with it, speed improved but turning too high. Too much slip in the Laser is what I am told.
Cat handled the waves good today, ran all the way back in with cross wave action going on at 50 mph and road smooth and handled well.
